Mission Sake will be a unique evening featuring an assortment of sake from around the world and hors d'oeuvres from Los Angeles’ top restaurants. Sake experts will provide education on sake and food pairings. The event will be held at the Samuel Oschin Endeavour Pavilion at the California Science Center and benefits the programs of Little Tokyo Service Center. Ticket price includes admission to the main event and sake and food tasting. The main event will take place on Friday, July 26, 2013 from 7:00 pm until 9:30 pm. Now in its 7th year, Little Tokyo Service Center has been coordinating the Annual Sake and Food Tasting event to raise funds and promote the organization’s programs. The event combines incredible food and drinks with a lively and festive atmosphere for both networking and socializing with several hundred other sake aficionados. - Premium Sake Tasting: Mutual Trading Company is our exclusive Sake provider and will offer an array of premium sake and other cocktails. Beer and shochu will also be served.
- Hors d'oeuvres: from a wide variety of restaurants from the Downtown and Los Angeles area including Bonaventure Hotel LA Prime, Toranoko and Maison Akira.
- Silent Auction: with items up for bid such as autographed memorabilia, show tickets, gift baskets, and many other great prizes.
- Raffle: An opportunity to win great prizes including two First Class American Airlines tickets to the Continental U.S., the iPad mini, and a Dinner for Two at LA Prime/Bonaventure hosted by Chef Andreas Nieto.
